Payment and Delivery Information

1) Payment

     Your payments are made by T.C. Ziraat Bankası T.A.Ş. You can make a Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) (TL) or with credit cards from Akbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bank, T. İş Bankası, Halk Bankası, Ziraat Bank, Vakıfbank and Yapı Kredi Bank.


2) With your credit cards on our site

     You can take advantage of our online single payment or installment options for any credit card. In your online payments, the amount will be withdrawn from your credit card at the end of your order. In case of order cancellations due to possible order cancellation or stock problems, the refund will be made to your credit card within 7 working days.


3) Return of Order Fee

    In case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons; İsmail Arslan Mahrukat İnşaat İnşaat Malzemeleri Gıda ve Shipping Industry and Trade Limited Company returns the product price to your account and / or credit card within seven working days. However, you are required to report your bank account information and / or credit card information accurately and completely to our company's finance officials.


4) Delivery

    We try to deliver the products you ordered to the cargo on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the cargo delivery time is 5 working days as specified in the product details. You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery.

In order to ensure the delivery of the product without delay, please inform the address of your location as the delivery address during the day.

Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. Products from our Eskişehir-based company will be sent by any courier company. After your orders are approved, they are delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 2 (two) business days at the latest.

You can consult our customer representative and discuss different delivery terms. In addition, cargo delivery are valid only for Turkey


5) Payment Tracking

    If the system in question cannot perform the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed of this at the end of the payment page.

    In case of any error at the specified address, a connection is made with the orderer regarding the order that cannot be delivered.

    The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic e-mail sent after the order is transferred.

    We have a responsibility to the bank where we use the credit card system as much as the customer for the delivery.


Please be carefull!

Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during the shipment in front of the company representative you received. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company.

After the delivery of the product, it is accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely.
